Refund Policy of Seahorizon Resort:
Seahorizon Resort accepts money only after the seller’s confirmation. Buyer shall cancel the order within 30hrs from the time of placement of an order or before the seller confirms the order, whichever is earlier. In case, the order is confirmed by the seller then Seahorizon Resort shall have no role to play and the entire authority to cancel the order shall be of the seller. If the seller cancels the order then the buyer will get the amount refunded in which processing charges will be deducted and the remaining amount will be transferred directly to the buyers.
- Booking should be cancelled before 5 days for 100% refund.
- Cancellation of the booking before 1 day is strictly non-refundable.
- 70% of the charges will be refunded if the booking is cancelled before 2 days.
